SHIPPING TIME

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If the package is not collected, the shipment will end up in storage.
Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
All orders are processed automatically and we are not able to change the shipping and delivery time.
The goods will be shipped within 3/5 working days following the payment directly to the address indicated at the time of the order.
As soon as the order leaves our warehouses you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation with a link from which you can track the order delivery.

Shipping is based on the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula; any customs duties are charged to the customer. The courier could present a separate invoice with which it requires the payment of the taxes requested by the local authorities. If you are resident in a non-CE country, we advise you to inform yourself about local taxes and duties before concluding the order.

Can I choose a day and / or delivery time?
No Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific time and day. You can try to contact directly the courier who is in charge of your shipment and try to agree on a possible delivery date.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order and track the shipment at any time through the notification received by email from the courier who is in charge of the shipment.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do? If the order was not delivered on time, we suggest:
- check the status of the order: for the registered user, check into the area MY ORDERS; or through the link received via email directly from the courier who is in charge of the shipment
- check that the address indicated for shipping is correct
- in the presence of a notice of non-delivery, check the SHIPPING STATUS through the link received via email directly from the courier who is in charge of the shipment.
