We ship free throughout Italy. For freight charges for goods being delivered outside Italy, please see the chart below.
You will receive the goods within 3/5 working days from your order, to the address given at order stage (it might be your house or your work, but not a post office box). The country shown on the Invoice and the country of delivery must match.

**Shipments to Extra-EU countries
We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid); any custom fee will be at your charge. The forwarder may claim the payment of an additional invoice for the amount due according to the local authorities' regulations. If you live in a country outside the European Union, we advise to check for custom and/or import fees before placing your order.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Shipments for returns or exchanges within Italy are free, while for the rest of the world, please refer to the chart above.
You have 30 calendar days (from reception of the goods) to return or exchange your purchase.
You just have to contact us, fill in the return’s form and we will give you all the instruction for you to send the goods back.
Upon arrival, we will check the integrity of the goods and we will then credit back the amount on the credit card you have used for the payment.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Please write an email to to the address info@ixosofficial.com or send us a letter with registered post to the address Via del Progesso 4, - 63821 Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM).
  • Fill in the return’s form that you received together with the Invoice.
  • Once you receive our approval for the return, you can prepare the parcel, including the returns’ form, and you can send it back to us with the forwarder you prefer.l.
  • As soon as the goods will be delivered to us, we will check them and credit back the amount paid if it deals with a return. If your wish is to exchange size or colour of the item you had initially ordered, we will give you support via email and all the instructions for the following shipment. We remind you that all shipments outside Italy are at customers’ charge, including returns and shipments for exchanges.
